Our founder’s story
I’ve always had long healthy hair, however this began to change when my second child was born. As the years went on my hair kept getting thinner and thinner. When I was blessed with my third child my hair continued to deteriorate. It was falling out, dry, damaged and it felt very rough. Though this didn’t bother me so much, it was more my daughter’s hair that my husband and I were most concerned about.
She was only 8 years young, when we began to notice changes in her hair. Each time I brushed it, the floor and brush would be full of hair. I thought to myself how could this be? Hair is so important to everyone, I didn’t want my daughter to grow up with thin, dry and brittle hair. Moreover, in the future if she was also blessed with children, I didn’t want history to repeat itself. This was not going to be an option.
My husband and I searched the internet for an answer in regards to hair loss in younger children but was unsuccessful, so instead we searched for a solution. My search directed me to the benefits of castor oil and it sounded promising. The oil has a thick consistency so it was advised to mix it in with other beneficial oils so it was easier to apply. Our families always speak about the importance of olive and coconut oil, so with this knowledge in mind, we created our own oil incorporating several different types. We applied it once a week to our hair, my mum and sister joining in too. It worked well for a few years but the oil was hard to apply and wash out. We needed to come up with a more effective solution.

Research
Research
My research technique involved asking people that I had an acquaintance with, what they used in their hair that made it so thick and healthy. From the results gathered, onion water, fenugreek and black seed were the fitting ingredients. We all tried that out, it worked well, our hair was growing, and hair fall was reduced, but it was still a little too dry. We were not too fond of the smell either, though we continued using it for the next two years. However, this all began to change with the blessing of our fourth child.
The onion water stopped working for me, my hair was falling out in clumps, not strands. It was drier and lifeless. It was time to find another solution, so I decided to re-formulate the original oils that I was previously using. We purchased only the finest organic oils as we didn’t want to soak our hair in any harsh chemicals. My husband supported me throughout this process and after a few trials and errors, we finally came up with the perfect formula.
It was light, smooth and silky, had a beautiful smell. It was easy to apply and wash out and we experienced instant results of shiny luscious hair. My hair was revolutionised, it stopped falling out by half as much and felt moisturised and healthy again. My husband used it on his hair and he loved the results too. Our daughter, mums, sisters, and nieces were next on the agenda and they also tried it and never looked back.
Our Formula
We modified our formula using the same organic certified oils for our younger boys as they wanted to try it out. They have thick, rough hair that is hard to style, it worked amazing on them too. Their hair softened and was easier to maintain. For this purpose, we also created our Organic Hair Enhancer Oil Sensitive.
We knew from this point it was the perfect blend of wonder oil that is suitable for all hair types. It’s been a long journey and we’ve learnt that you shouldn’t search for the perfect answer because there isn’t always one. Instead, focus on finding the perfect solution.
